How we rate online casinos
We open accounts, deposit real money and request real withdrawals. These are the things we check and how much they matter to our verdict.
A casino can have a huge welcome bonus and thousands of games and still be a bad place to play if it pays slowly or hides its terms. That is why we start with safety and payouts and only then look at bonuses and games.
1. Licence and safety
We find the licence the casino names, usually at the bottom of its website, and check it with the regulator. We also look at who owns the casino, whether the site uses encryption, and whether its terms are clear about identity checks (KYC). A casino that fails this step gets no further.
2. Deposits and withdrawals
We deposit with the methods players use, such as DANA, OVO, GoPay, bank transfer and crypto, then request a withdrawal and time it. We note minimums, fees, withdrawal limits and any extra checks the casino asks for before it pays out. Fast, predictable withdrawals count for more than anything else on this page.
3. Bonus terms
We read the full bonus terms, not just the headline offer. Wagering requirements, max bet, max cashout, game weighting and expiry all decide what a bonus is worth. A smaller bonus with fair terms often beats a bigger one. Our casino guide shows how to work out the real cost of wagering.
4. Games and providers
We look at the range of slots, live casino tables, baccarat and fishing games, which providers supply them, and whether RTP figures are published. A large library matters less than well-known providers and games that work properly.
5. Mobile play
Most players use a phone, so we test the site in a mobile browser and, where there is one, the app or APK. We check how fast it loads, whether deposits and withdrawals work on mobile, and whether an APK comes from the casino itself.
6. Customer support
We contact support through live chat and email, ask real questions about bonuses and payouts, and note how quickly and how clearly they answer, and in which languages.
7. Responsible gambling tools
We check that you can set deposit limits, take a break or exclude yourself without having to argue with support, and that the casino verifies age.
Independent of commissions
Daftarhoki may earn a commission when you sign up through our links. That never decides our verdict, and a casino cannot pay for a better rating. Read more about us and how we make money.
Spotted something out of date?
Bonuses, payment methods and terms change often. If something we wrote no longer matches what you see at a casino, let us know and we will check it again.
